Stand Out Staging

Let’s face it — not everyone can “see” themselves there. Science has proven it, and our sales data shows — staging sells houses. But ours is not just staging from a warehouse filled with Wayfair buys. In 2025, we launched an innovative partnership with Portland’s Design District and its merchants. Beloved stores like Woonwinkel, CARGO, Cielo Homes, New Modernist and more partner with us to place their product in situ. Our goal is for a buyer to walk in and say, “I’ll take it ALL.” Our partners get access to our listings for their own marketing purposes, a cost that many small businesses can’t shoulder, and their wares are displayed in natural environments off the retail floor.

Sustainable Style

When possible, we source furnishings that have been reclaimed from retailers or local consignment shops. We firmly believe that our most successful listings truly stand out — and that can’t be accomplished when staging centers around trends and commoditized interior style.

Brand in Motion

Each listing gets a brand brief. We start with the WHO. Who will want this home? What are their interests? From cars to colors, soundtracks to scents, we nail all the details before we bring in the moving crew and select the staging style. Where possible, we bring in collaborative marketing partners to expand the listing reach.

Bright white dining nook

The Independent

This little getaway had been a rental for more than twenty years. Its prime location, flood of natural light and charming patio had us ready to dig in to give this darling a little “oomph”. It went pending, over asking, in a fraction of the average market time for condos in the Pearl.
